At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, which is why we accept returns on unworn and unopened items in their original heat-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for sanitary reasons, any jewelry that has been removed from its sealed bag or tampered with is ineligible for return or exchange.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened, heat-sealed clear packaging and that it has been less than 30 days since your order was delivered.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the unopened jewelry in a padded bubble mailer or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit; please do not use a standard paper envelope.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to us using a carrier of your choice and retain your tracking number until your refund or store credit has been processed.
